Resin Concrete Jacking Pipe Manufacturing Process
1. Pre-treat the base pipe for the resin mixture pipe.
2. Sandblast the steel pipe. Derust the steel pipe surface to Sa2 1/2 according to BG/T8923 to ensure a rough surface and enhance adhesion.
3. Preheat the sandblasted steel pipe in an electric oven until the temperature reaches 200°C to 250°C (generally about an hour and a half).
4. Paint the preheated pipe. After painting, place it in a curing oven for curing (holding the temperature at 200°C for 15 minutes).
5. After spraying, preheat the heating equipment to 180°C to cure the sprayed base pipe.
How is Resin Concrete Jacking Pipe?
Resin concrete jacking pipes are a steel pipe with a plastic powder coating. The fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe manufacturer melt-coats a plastic layer on the inner surface and a plastic or other anti-corrosion layer on the outer surface. Plastic-coated steel pipes are categorized as polyethylene-coated steel pipes and epoxy-coated steel pipes based on the inner coating material. Resin-mixed pipes are identified by the plastic-coated composite steel pipe code, inner coating material code, and nominal size. Plastic-lined composite water supply pipes are made by lining the inner wall of a steel pipe with thermoplastics such as polyethylene (PE), heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X), polypropylene (PP-R), rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C), depending on the medium being conveyed. Due to process improvements, some products have an additional outer plastic coating. Based on the temperature of the water being conveyed, the product is categorized as cold water plastic-lined steel pipe and hot water plastic-lined steel pipe. Product markings consist of the plastic-lined steel pipe code, plastic-lined material code, and nominal diameter.
