​Production process of FRP pipe jacking

The production process for FRP pipe jacking is as follows:

1. First, use a crane to lift the mold onto a fixed frame and clean it. Wrap a layer of cellophane around the mold, carefully positioning the wrapping and ensuring there are no gaps between the sheets. After applying the cellophane, pour Aliance glue into the machine.

2. Start the machine, apply a layer of glue to the mold, and simultaneously wrap a layer of polyester felt around it, again ensuring there are no gaps between the felts. Wrap another layer of glue with the added glue. After wrapping the chopped strands, apply another layer of glue on top. Finally, wrap a layer of mesh cloth, using a small wooden bucket to evenly distribute the glue as the mold rolls.

3. The FRP pipe manufacturer transfers the dried mold to the second workstation, starts the machine and sets the program. First, wrap a layer of wrapping yarn, then pour Resin 196 glue onto the yarn. During the wrapping process, use a scraper to remove excess resin glue to ensure a closer fit. Repeat the wrapping and glue application process until the desired thickness is achieved. Next, wrap the pipe with a layer of cellophane. While wrapping, use a scraper to scrape off any excess glue. Set the finished pipe aside for demolding.

4. Place the pipe on a demolding machine to remove the mold. Finally, use a cutter to trim off any uneven areas at both ends of the pipe. This completes the finished product.
