1. Installation requirements

(1) Fences should be set up on major urban roads and urban landscape roads. The height should be 2.5m. The height of the fences on non-main roads and non-populated areas should be 1.8m. They should be reinforced. The fences should be stable, neat and beautiful. Iron tiles and asbestos tiles should not be used.

(2) Public service advertisements, safety slogans or project renderings should be posted outside the fences. The colors should be coordinated with the surrounding environment. There should be a logo on the top of the advertisements, slogans and renderings, and the name of the project department on the lower right. However, they should comply with the requirements and regulations of the local government.

(3) Warning lights should be installed on the fence columns (one warning light should be installed on every other column).

(4) Reflective stickers should be posted at a height of 0.9-1.2m on each column. (5) Corrugated guardrail

② When the length of the construction enclosure exceeds 50 meters, If the distance is less than 200 meters, in addition to setting up two road occupation construction notice boards at the starting and ending points of the road occupation construction fence, a road occupation work notice board should be placed every 50 meters; (2) Construction ahead, vehicles should slow down, left guide signs/right guide signs (black arrows on a yellow background), two-way arrow solar guide lights, pedestrian detours (only for sidewalk sections); (3) The order of oncoming direction signs from right to left is solar guide signs, right guide signs, friendly reminder signs, road occupation construction notice boards, and work registration forms. ① If the construction work surface occupies both sides of the two-way lane, one set needs to be set up on the oncoming side at both ends; ② If the construction work surface occupies a one-way lane, only one set needs to be set up on the oncoming side. 2. 3. Traffic controllers:

In accordance with the requirements of "three manned commands" (dedicated personnel must be assigned to command the end of the road occupied for construction, the entry and exit of construction vehicles to the construction site, and on-site operations, especially large equipment operations), dedicated traffic controllers will be posted at the intersections where the road is occupied. They will hold command flags/batons and wear "traffic controller" armbands to direct traffic.
